As well as being a performer and contortionist, I am also a fully qualified Yoga Instructor.


       The style of Yoga I teach is Ki Yoga. It is a powerful corrective style of yoga based on traditional Hatha. It combines seasonal postures with Oriental Meridian based therapy as well as wholefoods as medicine. It is also really fun! In my class you will combine dynamic breath work with conceptual meditation and postures - helping to heal imbalances  and maintain your bodies healthy natural condition.


         Ki is actually the Yoga of meaning. So with me, you wont just stretch and strain. You learn why you stretch, how to gain strength, and what you are striving towards. You'll find out what each posture means and how the posture affects not only the body but also the mind, your behaviour and your entire wellbeing.
